About the role
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, a strong background in nursing, and experience in long-term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quality standards of care through 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
- Administer and manage Nursing Services to meet the needs of residents
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the state of practice
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
Qualifications
