About the role

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing | DON | RN to lead the Nursing Services department. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with seniors, a flexible and energetic personality, and two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality standards of care under the direction of physicians
• Supervise Nursing Services 24/7
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting
