Job Description Our client, a global entertainment network is seeking a Director of Marketing. This is a six month contract (40 hours a week) that is onsite 4 days a week. The Director, Marketing Strategy and Integrated Planning leads the marketing strategy and end-to-end integrated planning, driving awareness, engagement, and consumption across streaming and broadcast platforms. This executive role oversees multiple specialties and teams, setting the strategic vision for campaigns for kids and family entertainment. Responsibilities Lead the kid-targeted Marketing Strategy and Integrated Planning teams for all assigned Kids & Family titles, providing clear vision, priorities, and direction across multiple specialties and managers. Oversee development of holistic marketing strategies and campaign frameworks for priority series, partnering with creative, media, digital, communications, and content teams to driveawareness, engagement, and consumption. Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaign plans across all disciplines of marketing and key partners ensuring alignment to functional goals and business outcomes. Oversee the creation and delivery of stakeholder presentations and executive summaries, clearly communicating the why behind strategies, campaign performance, and key decisions to senior executives. Act as executive first point of contact for Research, Insights, and Analytics teams to translateaudience insights, testing, and performance data into breakthrough strategies and campaign optimizations. Serve as Strategy Lead across brand partners (e.g., Corporate Social Responsibility, Networks Marketing & Integrated Planning), influencing cross-company initiatives Build and maintain critical relationships with internal and cross-line-of-business stakeholders at Director level and above, fostering collaboration, trust, and shared ownership of campaign and business results. Manage, develop, and mentor senior managers and direct reports by providing continuous coaching and feedback, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing team processes and workflows that support strategic priorities. Think strategically to envision future possibilities for kids and family franchises, creating innovative, audience-focused strategies across streaming and broadcast platforms. Ensure accountability by aligning plans and priorities with functional and segment goals, setting clear expectations, and holding self and others responsible for delivering on commitments and campaign KPIs. Basic Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, brand, entertainment, ad sales, businessdevelopment, or related fields, including 3+ years in management roles leading teams ordepartments. Strong, proven managerial skills with the ability to lead senior managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy and integrated planning for entertainment ormedia properties, including multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, social, and experiential activations. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skill to work in a very fast paced, reactionary work environment with quick turnarounds and deadlines. Ability to conceptualize and construct compelling presentations and executive summaries for senior stakeholders, translating complex strategies and data into clear narratives. High personal standards, independent thinking, and a track record of driving projects from strategy through execution, overcoming obstacles by influencing diverse stakeholders. Expert problem-solving skills with a history of creating win-win solutions across internal and external partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop creative, original marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement for kids and family content and franchises. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confident presence in executive settings and the ability to influence senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications: Background in marketing strategy for kids and family entertainment Required Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Education: MBA or other advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
