Director, Marketing Strategy

For our client, a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Director of Marketing Strategy to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within an operationally complex logistics environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing strategy partner to business unit leaders
• Lead strategic planning processes for multiple business units
• Participate in business planning cycles providing consumer marketing insights
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build consensus
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
• Develop strategic briefs to guide media and creative teams
• Own marketing plans and enable execution teams to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
• 10 years of experience in marketing strategy or related roles
• 5+ years in director-level strategic leadership positions
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes through integrated marketing strategies
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing agency relationships
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
• Exceptional strategic thinking and systems thinking capabilities

Pay

$134,900 – $224,900 annually
