About the role

As the first marketing hire for G42 Americas, you will define how the brand appears in North America. You’ll lead brand strategy, executive communications, digital presence, and high-impact events. This role offers total ownership over the marketing function, supporting a partner-driven business serving governments and enterprises at massive scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand agency relationship from engagement through rollout, ensuring a consistent and premium visual identity across all North American surfaces.
  • Design and execute an external communications cadence, including PR announcements, media relationships, and executive positioning for key product milestones.
  • Build and optimize the digital footprint and field marketing strategy, selecting essential industry moments to establish a credible, high-performance presence.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of B2B technology marketing experience, specifically within infrastructure, AI, cloud, or enterprise software at a significant scale.
  • Demonstrates mastery as a broad operator across brand, digital, and comms, with a proven track record of managing agencies to deliver high-quality output.
  • Thrives in fast-changing environments with thin processes, possessing the confidence to advise executives on marketing priorities and resource allocation.
