About the role
The Director of HR is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement employee training programs

- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic workforce plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
