Core Responsibilities

- Manage cash flow and risk effectively to protect and grow financial strength.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to guide the company's financial planning.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify and solve complex problems, drive growth, and enhance performance.

- A finance professional with a blend of operational and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in construction finance, project accounting, GAAP, and cost control principles.
- A strong communicator with a positive, upbeat demeanor and a focus on finding solutions.
- Skilled in technology and automation, particularly in ERP systems, integrations, and reporting tools.
- A proven leader capable of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
