About the role

The Director of Corporate Development and Senior Associate, Private Equity will play a critical role in the strategic growth and development of CSC Generation (Shared Services - US) – Finance. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development, this position will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, negotiating terms, and integrating new businesses into the existing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research and analysis
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of acquisitions with external parties
  • Develop integration plans to ensure seamless transition of acquired companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to the Senior Associate in private equity roles
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate development and private equity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, private equity, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successful deal execution and integration
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience leading private equity investments and exits
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually
