We are seeking a driven associate with 5–7 years of acquisitions experience to help lead transactions for one of the most dynamic PE platforms in the country.

Responsibilities

• Represent over 200 PE firms and portfolio companies in the past five years alone
• Advising clients across the full investment lifecycle and up and down the capital stack, from M&A and financings to day-to-day strategic counsel
• Operating with an investment banking mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and connecting clients with investors and contacts across our extensive network
• Executing and driving private equity acquisitions
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to quarterback transactions
• Leveraging Harvey AI to accelerate research, streamline drafting, and sharpen analysis

Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds
• Demonstrated ability to quarterback transactions
• A strong academic record
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• A collaborative spirit
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with innovative technology platforms
• Must be barred in North Carolina
