Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate
About the role
Join a nationally recognized private equity practice where your deal-making expertise meets cutting-edge resources and genuine opportunities for growth. We are seeking a driven associate with 5-7 years of acquisitions experience to help lead transactions for one of the most dynamic PE platforms in the country.
Responsibilities
- Represent over 200 private equity firms and portfolio companies in M&A and financings
- Work with clients across the full investment lifecycle, from M&A and financings to day-to-day strategic counsel
- Advise clients in various industries, particularly healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work
- Operate with an investment banking mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and connecting clients with investors and contacts across the firm's extensive network
- Execute and help drive private equity transactions
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds
- Demonstrated ability to quarterback transactions
- A strong academic record and exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for working with innovative technology platforms
- Must be barred in Texas
