Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate
About the role
Join a nationally recognized private equity practice where your deal-making expertise meets cutting-edge resources and genuine opportunities for growth. We are seeking a driven associate with 5-7 years of acquisitions experience to help lead transactions for one of the most dynamic PE platforms in the country.
Responsibilities
- Represent over 200 private equity firms and portfolio companies in M&A and financings
- Cultivate relationships with clients and investors across a wide range of industries
- Work independently with clients and colleagues to quarterback transactions
- Advise on the full investment lifecycle, from M&A and financings to day-to-day strategic counsel
- Collaborate with attorneys to leverage Harvey AI for research, drafting, and analysis
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to quarterback transactions
- Strong academic record and exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for working with innovative technology platforms
- Must be licensed to practice law in California
