We advise clients across the full investment lifecycle and up and down the capital stack, from M&A and financings to day-to-day strategic counsel. Our deep relationships span industries, with particular strength in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor work.

Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds, with demonstrated ability to quarterback transactions
- A strong academic record and exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for working with innovative technology platforms
