Director of Business Transformation
About the role
The Director of Business Transformation plays a critical leadership role at AFC, focusing on driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the vehicle floorplanning market and extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the current state of AFC’s and the markets’ products, services, and business practices to identify and prioritize areas of improvement to support AFC’s strategic vision.
Create roadmaps, provide leadership to project teams, and oversee real-world implementation of projects.
Optimize important processes through either process reengineering or innovation, balancing cost efficiency, dealer service, employee usability, market innovation, and risk controls.
Proactively use system data, voice of the customer data, voice of the employee data, and market intelligence to help inform proposed workflow overhauls.
Act as a Change Agent by involving appropriate stakeholders, creating awareness and engagement for new ways of doing business, and assessing and adapting as change becomes implemented.
Drive long-term value-added business evolution through the continuous evaluation of policies, procedures, processes, and workforce enablement features.
Champion process analysis and design, stakeholder communication and project execution, strategic transformation and productivity improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and execution.
Requirements
An advanced level understanding of the vehicle floorplanning market.
5+ years of related IT, Technical or Application Support, Coordination, or Project Management experience.
5+ years of experience leading resolution of issues across multiple business units and teams.
10+ years of proven leadership experience, especially with production support, engineering, issue management, and managing workloads for teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent related experience.
Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Sheets and at least one other statistical analysis tool (Tableau, PowerBI, SPSS, SAS, Python, R).
Qualifications

This role is a Hybrid or Remote position, with occasional travel as needed.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD, with a target bonus range of $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 USD annually.
