Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective Trileaf target markets based on Trileaf’s core competencies and needs of the market(s)
  • Develop sales strategies specific to target markets
  • Identify potential clients in target markets, and complete adequate research on the prospective clients' business needs
  • Conduct b2b calls in pursuit of helpful information, including, but not limited to, which companies are active, when RFPs are anticipated, and to identify the decision-makers
  • Adequately vet prospective clients and decision-makers, and travel for meetings if warranted
  • Develop, maintain, and expand a network of colleagues, developers, brokers, prospective clients, and existing clients
  • Utilize this network to ensure Trileaf's services continue to fall in line with the needs of the market
  • Collaborate with the division President to respond to RFPs, and develop Trileaf materials such as quotes, proposals, and SOQs
  • Communicate frequently with key members of this network to determine potential business opportunities
  • Elicit feedback from the network regarding Trileaf’s reputation in the industry
  • Create, develop, and/or enhance Trileaf’s marketing materials, quotes, proposals, and SOQs
  • Upon the onboarding of new Client of Record (COR), act as a secondary point of contact (secondary to Trileaf’s primary POC, the manager)
  • Elicit feedback periodically to ensure the COR is happy with our services
  • Seek to enhance Trileaf’s market share of their business (as applicable)
  • Seek quotes and referrals to assist with other business development efforts
  • Identify and attend tradeshows that may enhance target market penetration (anticipated ~five tradeshows per year)
  • Seek to meet prospective clients in person where appropriate, focusing on the prospective clients of highest priority

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 years’ experience in the acquisition and/or due diligence marketplace
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of Trileaf offerings and target industry needs & trends
  • Established network of target contacts with FHAs, REITS, CMBS, and others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver's license
  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
