Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Hospice Account Executives and business development professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and exceed goals.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a personal sales portfolio while providing leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Utilize market data and CRM tools to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven success in healthcare sales leadership, preferably in hospice or post-acute care.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
