Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Hospice Account Executives and business development professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and exceed goals.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Maintain a personal sales portfolio while providing leadership and mentorship to the team.
- Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.
- Utilize market data and CRM tools to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven success in healthcare sales leadership, preferably in hospice or post-acute care.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
