Responsibilities
- Spend majority of time growing referral sources.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of center's products, services, capabilities and physician relations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors and physician partners.
- Work with Business Development Leadership on program development and growth strategies.
- Evaluate market data and competitive information to strengthen referral source relationships.
- Build referral relationships and generate census growth.
- Show knowledge in Value Based Reimbursement (preferred).
- Show experience in B2B C-suite level sales (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeting physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred.
- Show proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets (physicians, hospitals and case managers).
- Show evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals.
