Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts while acquiring new business
- Act as the primary liaison for customers and vendors, addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Travel extensively within the Greater Chicagoland Area (95%) to meet with clients, build partnerships, and oversee accounts
- Cook up and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide administrative support as needed to the business development team
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience
- Familiarity with sales and the healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hospitality or customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
