About the role

The Director of Business Development position at TPT Digital is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing full stack digital agency within the world’s leading language translation company, TransPerfect.

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital.
• Grow and develop a team of account executives.
• Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope.
• Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a client-facing role or business development position with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability.
• A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
