Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic partnerships within the clinical research industry.
  • Grow existing sponsor and CRO relationships by identifying new study opportunities and therapeutic areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical operations leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client and organizational goals.
  • Led client presentations, proposals, and business development activities.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and coordinate with internal teams to secure trial placements.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience selling clinical research site services or CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Experience within a clinical research site network preferred; CRO experience highly desirable.
  • Proven success building relationships with mid-level and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and win new business opportunities.

Pay

$140,000 - $150,000 base salary + Commission

Schedule

This is a remote opportunity and requires you to travel around 25% to client sites.
