Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives for the Road Freight vertical.
- Manage a target list of approximately 25 key accounts while building and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new automotive customers by anticipating evolving supply chain needs.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular structured business reviews.
- Prepare and deliver client quotations, bids, and commercial proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and commercial data within Hellmann’s CRM system.
- Contribute market insights and support team collaboration and travel requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- At least 6 years of sales experience within freight forwarding.
- Prominent track record of consistent year-over-year sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding products and global partner networks.
