Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives for the Road Freight vertical.
  • Manage a target list of approximately 25 key accounts while building and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new automotive customers by anticipating evolving supply chain needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular structured business reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver client quotations, bids, and commercial proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution and high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and commercial data within Hellmann’s CRM system.
  • Contribute market insights and support team collaboration and travel requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience within freight forwarding.
  • Prominent track record of consistent year-over-year sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding products and global partner networks.
