Company Overview

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed
• Monitor on‑call responsibilities and respond to calls from clients, caregivers, and partners
• Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements
• Create a workplace of choice for the territory by incentivizing, motivating, and setting team morale

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
