Then Responsibilities: combine Essential and Other Duties? Could be one Responsibilities section with list. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the duties into list items.
We must preserve all substantive information; not summarize away detail. So we need to capture each duty as separate list item, but we can combine similar sentences? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have one Responsibilities section with a list of duties.
We need to extract each duty from the text.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities list:

- Develop and sustain positive internal customer relationships and ensure we achieve superior customer satisfaction.

- and more (we can keep "and more" as item? Might be vague; but it's part of the statement. Could keep as "and more".)
We should not include Pay section.
We also need to include maybe a short paragraph about base salary? The rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits we have. Pay we have but it's placeholder zero; we should not include Pay section. However, we could include a short paragraph about base salary within another section? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So base salary info could be folded into a short
maybe under About the role? But it's about compensation; maybe we can include a
after Qualifications? But we must not create a Pay heading. So we can include a
that mentions base salary may vary etc. However, the rule also says: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". The base salary statement includes "may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience." That's not filler; it's substantive. So we could include a
about compensation without a heading. But we need to decide where to put it. Perhaps after Qualifications, before Benefits, as a short paragraph. We also have "Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions." That's also substantive. We also have "The compensation for this role is $0.00 - $0.00 / Year* Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws." That's placeholder zero; we might drop that sentence as it's filler? It says actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage; that's generic legal. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a legal disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a legal disclaimer about minimum wage; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to drop it. Thus we keep the earlier sentences about base salary may vary and additional compensation. Now we need to output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
