Responsibilities
- Lead program management for large, cross-functional marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns, ensuring clear plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time by driving execution discipline and proactive issue resolution
- Own marketing intake and request management processes, providing visibility into demand, prioritization, and work in progress
- Partner with marketing leaders to define and govern work prioritization aligned to strategic priorities and capacity
- Maintain and manage the master marketing campaign calendar, coordinating launches across teams, channels, and business units
- Oversee marketing work management tools and operational processes that support planning, execution, and tracking
- Develop and maintain standardized process documentation and operating playbooks
- Identify and implement workflow automation and continuous improvement opportunities to improve speed and efficiency
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Finance teams to enable integrated execution
- Lead, coach, and develop program management and operations talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or large-scale project management
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of intake management, workflow design, and prioritization processes
- Experience working with marketing work management or workflow tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience leading teams or managing experienced individual contributors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or large-scale project management

Pay
The pay range for this position is $132,200.00 - $224,700.00/Yr.
