Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for International Marketing, aligning client needs, business priorities, and marketing investments to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute audience-centric integrated marketing plans that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement and relationships, and support long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the International Business, establishing trusted relationships and helping shape growth strategies, priorities, and client experiences.
  • As the organizational expert on international investor audiences, market dynamics, competitive trends, and client needs.
  • Continuously synthesize audience, market, performance, and competitive insights and share them broadly across the organization to influence cross-marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Navigate complex international and regulatory environments by identifying opportunities, simplifying complexity, and recommending actionable paths forward.
  • Drive a culture of creativity, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement to improve client experiences and business outcomes.
  • Establish rigorous measurement, analysis, and optimization practices that improve marketing effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
  • Advance International Marketing capabilities toward parity with Domestic Marketing by leveraging enterprise tools, platforms, processes, operating models, and best practices while ensuring the unique needs of international clients and markets remain represented and prioritized.
  • Champion the voice of the international client across Marketing and business teams, ensuring audience insights and regional considerations inform enterprise marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships that align stakeholders, accelerate execution, and drive business results.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the strong culture, engagement, collaboration, and sense of belonging that define the organization.

Requirements

  • Required Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including significant experience leading international marketing strategies and teams.
  • Deep expertise in international marketing, audience strategy, and integrated marketing planning.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of international investors seeking access to U.S. markets, products, and expertise.
  • Proven ability to translate audience insights, market intelligence, and business priorities into impactful marketing strategies and measurable business results.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution.
  • Commitment to creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement, coupled with a disciplined, data-driven approach to measurement and optimization.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information, simplify ambiguity, and develop clear recommendations for leaders and partners.
  • Experience building scalable marketing capabilities and improving operational effectiveness through process simplification and enterprise leverage.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, with success building trusted partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing and retaining high-performing talent while maintaining a strong, inclusive, and highly engaged team culture.
  • Able to balance enterprise scale and consistency with the unique needs of international clients, markets, and regulatory environments.
