For our client, we are seeking a Director International Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $162,000 – $224,000 annually Responsibilities Own go-to-market strategy and P&L targets for Mexico, the UK, and Canada Define and execute market entry and scaling plans tailored to each region Build and lead a regional marketing team to implement local campaigns Set strategic direction for multiple marketing functions in-market Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategy shaping Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance market credibility Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to optimize pipeline strategies Adapt messaging for local needs while maintaining brand consistency Define success metrics and report frameworks for market performance Run structured test-and-learn initiatives to refine market strategy Manage budget allocations effectively across various markets Create scalable playbooks for future geographic expansions Qualifications 10+ years in B2B marketing with international leadership experience 3+ years managing cross-functional teams Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies for international markets Experience with revenue metrics and market share translation Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills Exceptional executive communication abilities Energized by ambiguity and capable of building from scratch Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Benefits Health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care coverage Paid time off and sick leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance options 401k contribution plan Eligibility-based benefits package Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
