Director, Integrated Projects

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Integrated Projects to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead integrated project initiatives for a major financial services client, ensuring seamless coordination from briefing through final delivery. You will drive accountability across internal teams and external agency partners while keeping workstreams aligned, on schedule, and execution-ready. The position also calls for a strong focus on improving project management processes and cross-functional workflows in a complex, matrixed environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project initiatives for a major financial services client
• Drive coordination and execution from briefing through delivery
• Ensure successful delivery of workstreams and accountability
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and client agencies
• Manage internal and client meetings to propel project progress
• Oversee project management processes to enhance efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improving cross-functional workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years in integrated project management, account leadership, or marketing
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Skilled in navigating complex, matrix organizations
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong executive presence and client-facing experience

Pay

Compensation: $200,000 – $240,000 annually
