Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operating processes and communication structures for the GLP-1 program team
• Develop tools supporting collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
• Convert GLP-1 strategies into clear project plans with defined timelines and ownership
• Track program objectives and key results (OKRs) and report on member outcomes
• Create dashboards for visibility of program performance to stakeholders and executives
• Coordinate efforts across clinical, commercial, and engineering teams to advance program work
• Gather insights from stakeholders to refine and iterate program execution

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in digital health or healthcare technology
• 3-5+ years leading complex program or operations in high-growth environments
• Strong ability to run cross-functional programs and maintain operational routines
• Experience defining and tracking program metrics and communicating insights to senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with tailored messaging capabilities
• Familiarity with digital health products and chronic disease management
• Proactive and adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

Compensation: $194,120 – $242,650 annually
