Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager
About the role
Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive the day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within our broader cardiometabolic platform.
This leader will help translate Omada’s GLP-1 strategy into clear plans, workflows, and cross-functional routines that support rapid, high-quality scale. Working closely with the VP and key stakeholders, you will coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our GLP-1 program delivers measurable impact for members, customers, and Omada.
You will love this job if you enjoy turning complex strategies into structured execution, working in a fast-paced ever changing market, improving processes, enabling teams to perform at a high level, and driving accountable follow-through in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Key responsibilities
- Team operations and ways of working
- Partner with the VP to establish and maintain operating cadences, meeting structures, and communication norms for the GLP-1 program team and key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Implement and refine processes and tools that support collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across product, clinical, data, engineering, and marketing partners.
- Help ensure GLP-1 program work is integrated with core Omada teams and workflows so that the program remains aligned with Omada’s broader cardiometabolic care model and member experience.
- Program execution and performance
- Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives, converting strategy and ideas into clear project plans, timelines, and ownership.
- Track and report on program OKRs and KPIs, including member outcomes, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer results, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
- Develop and manage lightweight reporting and dashboards that provide visibility to Omada’s executive leaders and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of program performance and priorities.
- Identify and drive discrete improvement projects (e.g., workflow changes, automation opportunities, process updates) that support high-quality scale of GLP-1 and cardiometabolic care.
- Cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate across clinical, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and regulatory partners to keep GLP-1 program work aligned, unblocked, and advancing.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support execution of GLP-1-related go-to-market and customer programs, including direct-to-employer and PBM channels.
- Maintain regular feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to capture insights on member experience, operational performance, and market needs, and channel those into program iteration.
Required experience and traits
- Experience: 10–12+ years in digital health, health technology, or a related healthcare environment, with 3–5+ years leading complex program or operations work in high-growth or rapidly changing settings.
- Program and operational leadership: Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional programs, establish and maintain operating routines, and drive clarity and follow-through without needing to own overall company strategy.
- Performance and analytics orientation: Experience defining and tracking program metrics, using data to identify issues and opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging from frontline teams to executive audiences.
- Product and market familiarity: Understanding of digital health products, virtual care models, and cardiometabolic or chronic disease programs; experience with GLP-1s or obesity/chronic disease management is a plus but not required.
- Adaptability: Comfort operating in ambiguity and changing priorities, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Bias for speed with judgment: Ability to move quickly and make pragmatic decisions, while understanding the difference between irreversible, high-impact decisions and reversible, iterative choices.
