About the role
We are looking for a visionary Director of Global Talent Acquisition to architect and execute our global hiring strategy. This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about building the engine that fuels our growth. You will oversee our entire recruiting ecosystem, ensuring we land world-class talent across Go-To-Market (GTM), GA, Product, and Engineering functions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to align talent acquisition goals with long-term business objectives.
- Global Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary recruiting organization across technical and non-technical tracks.
- Operations & Excellence: Lean on your deep Recruiting Ops expertise to optimize our tech stack, streamline the candidate journey, and improve recruiter productivity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced analytics to track funnel health, predict hiring trends, and report performance metrics to the board and C-suite.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Spearhead global initiatives ranging from Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion to structured interviewing and workforce planning.
- AI Adoption & Innovation: Identify where AI can act as a "force multiplier” to drive the adoption of AI use cases in the talent acquisition team.
- Lead by Example: Maintain your edge by personally owning at least one active req at all times. Whether it’s a niche VP role or a critical technical lead, you stay close to the candidate experience and the hiring manager's reality.
Qualifications
- 12+ Years in Talent Acquisition: A proven track record in both Technical (Product/Eng) and Non-Technical (Sales/GTM) recruiting at scale.
- Leadership Depth: At least 5 years of experience managing people, leaders, and large distributed teams.
- Operational Mindset: You’ve either sat in a Recruiting Ops seat or managed the function; you understand the "plumbing" of talent acquisition (ATS, CRM, capacity modeling).
- Executive Presence: You are comfortable challenging and advising executive stakeholders, acting as a true talent consultant rather than an order-taker.
- Project Mastery: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects that require buy-in from Finance, Legal, and Department Heads.
- Presence in the Campbell office is required a minimum of 3 days per week.
