What You’ll Do
- Global Recruiting Operations: Lead and manage a global team of recruiters across all regions, hold the team to speed, quality, and conversion standards.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Operations: Source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and track time-to-fill metrics.
- Seamless Candidate Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of candidates to employees, aligning with the broader HR function.
- Talent Programs: Own and operate the company’s internship program globally, from structure and sourcing to conversion and onboarding. Partner with business leaders to design and run targeted talent programs.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Manage all external recruiting vendor and agency relationships, hold partners accountable to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and negotiate or exit underperforming agreements.
- Process Improvement & Reporting: Maximize tech stack, eliminate bottlenecks in hiring workflows, and build a reporting cadence for real-time visibility into global hiring health.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to make informed decisions on sourcing channels, agency usage, and team structure, and implement AI to improve productivity and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ Years of Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven track record in a startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling environment.
- Leading and Managing a Recruiting Team: Experience managing global recruiting operations across multiple regions and time zones.
- Workday Recruiting Expertise: Strong command of Workday Recruiting or comparable ATS.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Hands-on experience managing external agency and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience designing or running internship programs and other structured talent pipeline programs.
- Direct Communication Style: Comfortable pushing back on hiring managers and holding the team to standards.
- SaaS, Tech, or Field Service Software Experience: Prior experience in these areas is a plus.
