About the role
The Talent Acquisition Director leads full-cycle recruiting for key senior level roles across the company. This individual will support internal hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and work closely with department leads to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. The TA Director will oversee a team of 5 senior level recruiters. This position leads recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group and affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
- Manages small talent acquisition team ensuring the company is able to hire high-caliber talent across all business units in an efficient, timely, and compliant manner
- Responsible for establishing department process and procedures, including implementation of an ATS and system updates organization wide
- Manages job postings, sourcing, and screening for all open roles
- Owns full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
- Tracks and reports pipeline activity using an ATS
- Works closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
- Supports onboarding coordination with HR
- Affords assistance with employer branding and candidate experience improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage 10+ open roles simultaneously
