Director, Global Digital & Technology Systems

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle management of external GCO applications and platforms
• Implement systems and projects that support GCO objectives
• Guide system maintenance including upgrades and enhancements
• Develop long-term strategies for system enhancements with GCO leadership
• Coordinate incident responses for external system issues and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in validated applications within pharmaceutical or regulated environments, especially clinical systems
• 8+ years in GxP settings with SLC methodology and 21CFR Part 11 knowledge
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing teams and direct reports
• Experience with software solutions in SaaS/Hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like O365, AWS, Azure

Pay

$172,500 – $232,500 annually
