Director - Global Technology Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Global Technology Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will serve as a senior technology advisor to clients, helping shape strategic solutions that connect people, processes, data, AI, and automation. The Director will partner closely with executive stakeholders to define roadmaps, lead complex pursuits, and translate innovative technology strategies into clear business value. This position also carries commercial ownership for client opportunities, including pricing, contract negotiations, and support for large global RFPs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $173,655 – $204,300 annually Responsibilities Participate in executive-level client discussions as the primary technology advisor Lead workshops and discussions to co-create technology roadmaps with clients Develop technology solutions integrating people, processes, data, AI, and automation Support the rollout and adoption of new technology products across the organization Own the commercial strategy for complex client opportunities, including pricing and contract negotiations Lead the strategy for large global client pursuits and RFPs Prepare executive solution narratives that communicate business value and innovation Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or technology sales Proven success managing complex client engagements and executive relationships Expertise in developing and commercializing technology products or services Experience building business cases and financial models for technology investments Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes Background in workplace technology initiatives and AI programs Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts Retirement savings plans Life and disability insurance programs Paid and unpaid time off options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
