Director DOU - Full Time - Exempt FPH

Job Summary

The Director supervises staff and operations, coordinates schedules, participates in performance appraisals, ensures compliance with standards, manages personnel, and promotes cooperative relationships. They also provide patient care, coordinate care, and ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: BS/BSN preferred
• Experience: Two years in specialty area, supervisory experience preferred
• Skills: Understanding of telemetry monitored patients, excellent customer service skills
• Licenses: California RN license, BLS and ACLS required
• Certifications: Certification in area of specialty preferred (CCRN, PCCN, MICN, M/S)
• Education: Annual 6 hours of stroke education for those at QVH

Pay Range

$62.25 - $91.50
