Job Summary
A leader in Industrial AI, Augury seeks a Director of Demand Generation to orchestrate the growth engine that fuels the company’s global revenue pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role involves strategic vision, revenue forecasting, leadership, and operational excellence.
About the Role
The Director of Demand Generation will lead and develop a high-performing team to refine customer acquisition and expansion strategies. They will set strategic direction and contribute to demand gen initiatives, encompassing paid advertising, events, field marketing, and ABM.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and champion a sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation strategy aligned with long-term corporate objectives to ensure predictable and scalable revenue expansion.
- Act as the lead architect for quarterly and annual pipeline modeling to ensure the organization consistently achieves aggressive growth milestones.
- Guide and develop team and peers as a people leader with a commitment to professional mentorship and the scaling of high-impact marketing teams.
- Set strategic direction for high-impact account engagement, guiding cross-functional teams to increase pipeline velocity to acquire net new logos and drive account expansion.
- Synthesize complex analytics into executive-level insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Direct the strategic allocation of the demand-gen budget, prioritizing investments that deliver maximum impact and long-term institutional value.
- Promote a high-performance culture by mentoring the Marketing Operations team in the development of world-class growth and reporting infrastructure.
- Select and steward the optimal marketing technology stack to enable precise attribution, comprehensive reporting, and actionable pipeline visibility, ensuring our data infrastructure scales with global growth objectives.
- Lead recurring business reviews to advocate for necessary resources, celebrate key organizational wins, and highlight progress against KPIs, ensuring continuous transparency and alignment with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership capacity, with a documented history of driving transformative business growth through demand generation.
- Superior executive presence and the ability to influence at the C-suite level to align diverse stakeholders with a unified corporate vision.
- Strategic mastery of the B2B demand funnel, balancing long-term brand equity with immediate pipeline requirements.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, global marketing budgets and delivering significant ROI through strategic capital allocation.
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing technology landscape as a catalyst for organizational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $180,000 - $210,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
