The Director of Demand Generation at Replicant is responsible for scaling the marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and execute strategies to drive measurable pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and increase coverage across target accounts.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, RevOps, and Brand & Product Marketing to ensure full-funnel alignment.

  • Lead a high-performing team of three individual contributors (Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing).

  • Create clear priorities, accountability, and operating rhythms while fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align priorities, improve execution, and ensure the organization is focused on the highest-impact growth opportunities.

The Director of Demand Generation will play a crucial part in accelerating growth through integrated demand programs, ABM strategies, and field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategies to drive measurable pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and increase coverage across target accounts.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, RevOps, and Brand & Product Marketing to ensure full-funnel alignment.

  • Lead a high-performing team of three individual contributors (Demand Gen, ABM, and Field Marketing).

  • Create clear priorities, accountability, and operating rhythms while fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, Field Marketing, ABM, or related enterprise B2B marketing roles.

  • Experience owning pipeline or opportunity generation targets and consistently delivering against revenue goals.

  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and Business Development teams to drive account penetration and opportunity creation.

  • Experience leading account-based marketing, field marketing, executive programs, and enterprise demand generation initiatives.

  • Proven people management experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and operational skills with the ability to translate data into action and business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels.

  • Experience working in SaaS, AI, enterprise software, contact center technology, or related markets is preferred.
