Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain compliance with federal and state EHS regulations
- Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, programs, and training materials
- Prepare facilities for corporate and external audits, closing out findings efficiently
- Coincide medical management for workers' compensation and assist in cost mitigation
- Lead Sr. Regional Managers in integrating EHS into operations while fostering a positive work environment
- Leverage experience in EHS systems, audits, and technology to enhance program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, health or a related field and 10+ years of related experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role with team development and management
- Strong strategic decision-making skills, especially in emergencies
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time for collaborative initiatives
- Skilled in interpreting and communicating EHS data to drive results
