Director, Corporate EHS

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain compliance with federal and state EHS regulations
• Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, programs, and training materials
• Prepare facilities for corporate and external audits, closing out findings efficiently
• Coincide medical management for workers' compensation and assist in cost mitigation
• Lead Sr. Regional Managers in integrating EHS into operations while fostering a positive work environment
• Leverage experience in EHS systems, audits, and technology to enhance program effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, health or a related field and 10+ years of related experience
• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role with team development and management
• Strong strategic decision-making skills, especially in emergencies
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time for collaborative initiatives
• Skilled in interpreting and communicating EHS data to drive results
