Director Clinical Account Services - Remote Nevada

Responsibilities

• Partners with staff to enhance and measure clinical programs
• Affords assistance with legislative inquiries and provides trend analysis
• Creates tailored reports to meet customer needs
• Communicates program updates and maintains strong client relationships
• Investigates and resolves complex client issues for satisfaction
• Develops and monitors project plans, ensuring tool availability
• Standardizes operations across contracts for efficiency

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Current pharmacist license in good standing
• 8 years of clinical account management experience
• 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven project management expertise in health plans, PBMs, or Medicaid

$124,000 – $211,000 annually
