About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Deptford, NJ. If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or always wanted to be one, this is the opportunity for you as we are hiring immediately. No Experience Required - We Provide PAID Training.

Responsibilities

• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their goals
• Foster a true sense of pride in individuals by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry
• Enhance independence by assisting with daily and personal activities
• Perform work in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid drivers license is required
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment

Pay

Pay Rate: 19.13 per/hr. Earn up to $17.61/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Schedule

Saturday 12a-8a and Sunday 8a-4p
