Direct Support Professional Specialized

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid drivers license is required
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment

Qualifications

The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives
• Enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals
• Desire to teach individuals to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry
• Ability to assist with daily and personal activities

Pay Rate: $19.13
