Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
  • A valid drivers license is required
  • 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
  • NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment

Responsibilities

Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 12a-8a

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Pemberton, NJ. This is an immediate opening where no experience is required - we provide paid training.
