Direct Support Professional Specialized

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid driver’s license is required
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment

About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Pemberton, NJ.

Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
• 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Pay

• $19.13 per hour
• Earn up to $17.61/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option

Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on individuals’ lives
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their goals
• Teach daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence
• Work in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager
