Direct Support Professional Specialized

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sense of pride by teaching individuals to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence.
• Perform work under supervision of the House Manager, including living area observation, resident responsiveness checks, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.

Pay Rate: $19.13 per hour

Schedule

Hours: Fri‑Sun 4 p.m.‑12 a.m.
