About the Program

This flagship executive program explores adaptive strategy, diplomacy, and crisis management through the actions and decisions of Krishna in the Mahabharata, a great ancient Indian Epic. Designed for an international audience, the program draws diplomatic and strategic lessons from Krishna's case studies, fully contextualized for participants with no prior knowledge of Indian epics.

The program focuses on diplomacy, strategic negotiation, coalition-building, ethical decision-making, crisis management, and leadership under uncertainty. Each module is case-based, discussion-led, and interactive, linking Krishna's insights to modern organizational, diplomatic, and global scenarios.

Program Format and Methodology

The program consists of 2 days of in-person executive sessions followed by a Kurukshetra cultural visit. The methodology includes case discussion, strategy and policy dilemma, group debate, modern application, and framework extraction.

Outcomes

Participants conclude with a structured strategic diplomatic and crisis management framework inspired by Krishna's adaptive strategy and war crisis management, enabling ethical yet pragmatic decision-making applicable to diplomacy, defense, governance, corporate leadership, and multinational operations.

Program Contribution and Schedule

The program contribution is USD 599, which includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch on two program days, airport pick and drop, program materials, certificate, and a curated visit to Kurukshetra for experiential learning. The batch size is limited to 25-30 participants for meaningful discussions and rich peer learning. Tentative dates are Cohort 1 – February/March 2027.
