On-siteManagement$8/hrFull-time

Parambil is building an AI‑powered platform that transforms how law firms review medical records, turning weeks of manual work into minutes of intelligent analysis. Trusted by top personal injury law firms and major enterprises, the company is backed by $8 M from investors and led by technical founders from McKinsey QuantumBlack, Yale/Stanford Medicine, and Emory CS. The team operates from a NYC office near Grand Central.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating cadence: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning, board preparation, and company‑level goals with clear owners and metrics.
  • Build and maintain the company’s financial and operating model, translating it into hiring, pricing, spend, and runway decisions.
  • Run two or three high‑priority strategic projects simultaneously (e.g., entering a new customer segment, redesigning pricing, standing up a new function).
  • Prepare board and investor materials and support fundraising diligence as needed.
  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership on pipeline, retention, and expansion analysis.
  • Drive the hiring plan with the leadership team, from headcount decisions to closing key candidates.
  • Serve as the CEO’s thought partner, ensuring the right issues reach the CEO’s desk and handling execution.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience, including time in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
  • At least two years in an operating role at a venture‑backed startup (Series A or later preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to build, pressure‑test, and clearly explain financial models.
  • Excellent written communication; memos that lead with the answer.
  • Proven ability to move between strategy and execution and to finish initiatives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and accountability for outcomes beyond direct control.
  • Good judgment on escalation, decision‑making, and delegation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal tech, vertical SaaS, or selling to professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical records.

Success Metrics

  • Within 60 days: learned the business, owned the operating cadence, and delivered at least one strategic project.
  • Within one year: leadership team operates on shared metrics and plans, CEO’s time focuses on highest‑leverage work, and a meaningful piece of the business is owned directly.
