About the role
PointOne (Series A; backed by YC, 8VC, General Catalyst, and Bessemer Venture Partners; 250+ firms relying on us worldwide) is building the time data layer for all knowledge work. The role is based in NYC, in‑person, reporting directly to Co‑founder & CEO Katon, and involves working across various commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and outreach to leaders in a new vertical we’re entering
- Planning and execution of a novel recruiting event
- Content and timing for a new product launch
Requirements
- Ambitious generalist eager to execute projects across the entire company
- Background in consulting, engineering, private equity, or operations leadership
- Experience working in an environment known for excellence and a high bar
- Drive to eventually lead a team, a whole function, and become an executive or start your own company

Pay
Compensation is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise, with a competitive equity component offered as part of the package.
