We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission, values, impact, what you'll achieve, what you'll bring, rewards & reality (compensation, benefits, logistics). We need headings for sections that have real content: About the role? Not exactly but we can use "About the role" maybe from mission? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Mission (Our Mission: Hospital-Quality Care, Everywhere.) Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we have to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can also create other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples, but we can use other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings when appropriate. We have content that maps to: - About the role: could include mission, values, impact description. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions" includes bullet-like list of contributions (cross-functional coordination, end-to-end program management, quantitative modeling, revenue-adjacent strategy, incubating new functions). That's responsibilities. - Requirements / Qualifications: "What You'll Bring: The Skills and Experience You'll Leverage" includes core skills & experience list (4+ years in banking, consulting, startup, etc.; first-principles thinking; quantitative and analytical skills; partnerships and sales; implementation and execution; comfort with spike work). That's qualifications/skills. - Benefits: "Comprehensive Health & Wellness: We cover 100% of your health insurance premium and provide access to high-quality dental and vision insurance plans for you and your dependents. Plan for the Future: We offer a 401(k) plan to help you save for your future. At this time, the company does not offer a 401(k) match. Career Growth: You'll have opportunities for rapid career advancement in a company that's at a major inflection point. We want you to grow with us. Work Environment & Location: This role is based in our San Francisco or New York office. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation." - Pay: "Meaningful Compensation: $130,000 to $220,000 base salary. Exact compensation and level are determined through the interview process based on demonstrated experience and scope." Also later "Compensation Range: $130K - $220K". So we have pay. - Schedule: "Work Environment & Location: ... hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office". That's schedule. Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills (maybe combine), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. At end there is "Our Pledge for an Equitable Future" and "We are an equal opportunity employer." That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove duplicated lines like "Compensation Range: $130K - $220K" appears twice; we can keep once. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include mission, values, impact, what you'll achieve, what you'll bring, rewards & reality details. We need to format using

for each section heading, then content: either

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to decide which content goes into which section. About the role: Could include mission, values, impact description (the paragraph about "Your Impact: How You'll Help Us Heal a Broken System"). Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions". That's a list of contributions. Requirements: Could be the "Core Skills & Experience" list (the bullet points). Or we could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we have limited sections; we can combine. Skills: maybe we could separate "Core Skills & Experience" as Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Qualifications: include the core skills & experience list. We also have "We believe diverse backgrounds lead to better solutions..." that's prose; could be part of Qualifications. Let's craft. We'll output:

      About the role

Our Mission: Hospital-Quality Care, Everywhere. The healthcare industry still relies on faxes and phone tags to coordinate critical care for patients at home. We think patients and the clinicians who serve them deserve better than a system stuck in 1995. Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to make it happen. We're a well-funded Series C company (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures) on a mission to heal a fragmented system. Our platform connects the dots between providers, payors, and patients, ensuring people get the high-quality care they need, reliably and right where they live. We’re growing fast and looking for people who are driven by this mission to join us! Our Values: The Principles That Guide Us Our values are the operating system for how we work together and with our partners. They aren't just words on a wall; they are the principles we bring to every decision, every day. We are transparent, upfront and direct. We operate with honesty and clarity. We share information openly, the good and the bad, and believe that direct, respectful feedback is the foundation of trust and progress. We value speed of iteration. We are building something new, which means we learn by doing. We prioritize rapid iteration and getting solutions into the hands of users, believing that progress is more valuable than perfection. We give 110% effort, 30% of the time. We are passionate about our mission, and there are moments that require us to go the extra mile. We believe in focused intensity when it counts, balanced by a sustainable pace that keeps our team energized for the long run. We empathize with customers to a fault. When our users face a problem, we own it. Instead of asking them to change, we ask ourselves, "How can we make this better?" We believe true innovation comes from deep empathy and a relentless focus on solving the real-world challenges of healthcare.

      Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Cross-functional coordination on high-stakes, cross-cutting initiatives: situations where multiple teams each own a piece of the puzzle and the work only succeeds if someone drives alignment and follow-through across all of them (e.g., regulatory, compliance, or audit-driven work)
      • End-to-end program management for complex, high-visibility deployments: running the project plan and owning the outcome, whether that's a major customer or partner implementation, or an initiative requiring close, sustained partnership with Engineering, Product, and Design
      • Quantitative modeling and strategic analysis: building the financial or operational models that underpin major company decisions, from resourcing to strategic finance questions
      • Revenue-adjacent strategy and execution: go-to-market strategy in close partnership with Sales, and leading Verse's side of RFPs and similar competitive or procurement processes
      • Incubating new functions from scratch: taking a "this doesn't exist yet, but we need it" problem and building the team, process, or capability that solves it, from initial design through steady-state operation
      Then Qualifications:

      Qualifications

We believe diverse backgrounds lead to better solutions. If you believe you can deliver the outcomes above, we encourage you to apply even if your path here looks different from what's listed.

      • 4+ years in a banking, consulting, startup, or otherwise rigorous role
      • First-principles thinking: in most cases, the work we're doing has fundamentally never been done before, at Verse or elsewhere. You should be able to construct solutions from scratch.
      • Quantitative and analytical skills: all of our team members are expected to have solid numerical instincts and modeling skills
      • Partnerships and sales: all of our team members should expect to carry the baton in some external relationship at some point, whether they're selling something to a customer, selecting and negotiating with vendors, or project managing a new partnership launch.
      • Implementation and execution: the best team members not only produce insights, recommendations, strategies, but do whatever it takes to make sure these actually come to life. This usually requires a bias for quick action rather than slow and polished deliverables.
      • Comfort with "spike" work: our workload isn't evenly paced — you flex your hours and effort to match real demand, surging when the team hits a crunch, a live issue, or a time-sensitive push, and settling back into a sustainable pace once it passes
      Then Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: We cover 100% of your health insurance premium and provide access to high-quality dental and vision insurance plans for you and your dependents.
      • Plan for the Future: We offer a 401(k) plan to help you save for your future. At this time, the company does not offer a 401(k) match.
      • Career Growth: You'll have opportunities for rapid career advancement in a company that's at a major inflection point. We want you to grow with us.
      Then Pay:

      Pay

Meaningful Compensation: $130,000 to $220,000 base salary. Exact compensation and level are determined through the interview process based on demonstrated experience and scope.

      Then Schedule:

      Schedule

Work Environment & Location: This role is based in our San Francisco or New York office. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.

We should also maybe include location as part of schedule. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. We removed the "Our Pledge for an Equitable Future" and the equal opportunity employer lines. Check for any duplicated content: we included mission, values, impact paragraph in About the role. Did we include the "Your Impact: How You'll Help Us Heal a Broken System" heading? We incorporated that prose into About
