Responsibilities
- Design transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks for the Controllers Group
- Lead PMO management of critical projects and track milestones
- Coordinate work package transfers from Genentech to RSS
- Identify digital automation and AI opportunities within the function
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) from a functional perspective
- Lead change activation and adoption within the department
Qualifications
- University degree in Business or Accounting, or similar qualification
- 12+ years of relevant financial experience with a bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (preferred)
- 15+ years of relevant financial experience with a bachelor's degree for PL9 level
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree for PL9 level
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
