  • E-Commerce Technical Lead: Provide tier-one technical oversight for the digital sales platform, troubleshooting API/EDI data transmissions and ensuring seamless order flow into the core ERP/O2C systems.
  • Data Integrity: Verify that the digital storefront accurately reflects comprehensive order histories, regardless of the original entry method (Manual, API, or EDI).
  • Service Configuration: Manage the technical setup for innovative product offerings and subscription-based service models within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Business Intelligence: Build and optimize sophisticated Power BI dashboards for marketing and sales teams, integrating diverse datasets—including CRM, O2C, and digital marketing metrics—to create real-time feedback loops.
  • Staff Upskilling: Serve as an internal consultant to improve the digital literacy of the workforce, helping teams utilize automation and analytics tools to maximize productivity.

Requirements

  • Data Visualization: Demonstrated mastery in building and managing high-level dashboards (Microsoft Power BI or comparable enterprise analytics suites).
  • CRM Management: Professional experience in commercial CRM administration (managing workflows, custom fields, and third-party integrations).
  • Low-Code & AI Development: Practical experience creating agents or automated workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
  • Data Connectivity: Solid understanding of API and EDI protocols, specifically regarding the troubleshooting of transaction data between digital platforms and backend O2C systems.
