Digital Transformation Lead

In this role, you’ll directly impact the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition organizations by leading strategy teams to stand-up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities. Responsibilities

• Lead strategy teams to stand-up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI/ML)
• Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery
• Manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems, and devise analysis and solutions
• Communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or stand-up, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
• 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal government programs
• Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs
• Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with AI/ML and cloud capabilities
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment (e.g., daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• Experience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Top Secret clearance
• PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile Certification

Pay

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
